SHIPPING POLICY
We usually deliver the products within 10 - 12 working days, after the confirmation of the order. We ship via BlueDart. [ Express shipping can be provided also, as per actual cost. Please contact us via WhatsApp / Call if you need Express Shipping / Urgent Order Delivery, before placing an order ]
In unforeseen circumstances ( Festivals / National Holidays / Unexpected Events ) , the delivery time may differ. We are committed in delivering at the highest speed to our customers.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We don't accept returns or exchanges, as all our products are customized as per order requirements. We assure our customers that quality and comfort would never be an issue. We promise to deliver the same certified products as shown on the product page. We stand for our word.
If incase the product received at the time of delivery is damaged, then we take full responsibility to process an exchange or a full refund to the customer. Customer is advised to get in touch with our team at +91-9588276781 for any such query. Please note that no claims would be processed after 24 hours of the delivery period.
For any order cancellations, please contact us via Call within 3 hours of your order placed time. Any cancellation request wouldn't be processed after that since all of our products are made to order
